Annual General Meeting and Annual Clinic For 2013
The Annual General Meeting for 2013 is set for Friday, February 22, 2012 at the Detroit Marriott Southfield, 27033 Northwester Highway, Southfield, MI. The AGM will be held prior to the first Annual Hall of Fame Presentation Banquet. The AGM will start at 5:30 and end at 6:30. Items not completed during this time frame will be finished after the clinic on Saturday, afternoon. Here is the schedule for both days:

5:30-6:30 – MIHSSCA AGM (Annual General Meeting Agenda & Packet)
6:30-7:15 – Social Hour with Complimentary Beer; Heavy Hors d’oeuvres
7:15-8:45 – MIHSSCA Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
9:00-10:00 – Guest Clinician – Dave Brandt – US Naval Academy

Registration 8:30-9:00
Field Sessions – 9:00-3:30 (Featuring Dave Brandt – US Navel Academy)
- 9:00 – 10:15 – Session One – Technical Percision
- 10:30 – 11:45 – Session Two - ”Arsenal” Series of Possession Exercises- penetrating and speed of play in tight spaces
- 11:45 – 1:00 – Lunch
- 1:00 – 2:15 – Session Three - Finishing Principles
- 2:30 – 3:45 – Session Four - Pattern Play to Goal

Cost is $65.00 for the Clinic. Member coaches will receive a complimentary ticket to the Hall of Fame Presentation Banquet. Extra tickets to the Hall of Fame Banquet are $10.00 and will need to be ordered prior to the February 10, 2013 deadline.
NOTE: Registration is as simple as emailing the Executive Director and alerting him that you will be attending. Please indicate in your email if you are attending:
a) The AGM (no cost)
b) The banquet ($10.00 but included in clinic fee if you attend clinic)
c) The clinic ($65.00 and includes banquet ticket)
You pay at the door for each. Credit cards, cash and checks will be accepted.

A credit card will be needed to guarantee the reservation. Your credit card does not get charged except in the case of a no- show.
Upon arrival, we require a credit card/debit card deposit of $50 per day or a cash deposit of $100 plus the cost of the room. The deposit is in case you would like to order a movie, room service, i.e. and the amount not used is refundable.
You will have until 4:00pm the day of arrival to cancel your reservation.
